They are so confused. They know she should have told them the truth that she can and does lie, but then they freak out when she seemingly tells them the truth but they think its a lie, and then she’s tells a lie but I says wasn’t trying to lie, and they think she can just say whatever she wants and fool their divination. Sebastien is what you might call, “a person of interest” at this point.
