Hey guys!
I’m duplicating the news here for those not on my official newsletter list.
For those of you who have been waiting on the latest Practical Guide to Sorcery book, it is complete and live as an exclusive early release from me. It will be going up on Amazon on the 27th.
If you want to grab an official (edited and updated from what you might have read week-to-week) copy early, you can get it through my little online bookshop, or preorder through Amazon to get it later.
Dreams are coming true in Siobhan Naught’s village—and it’s killing them all.
Siobhan is struggling with loneliness after her mother’s death, but even though her grandfather is the only one she has left, he’s more interested in his secretive research than his granddaughter. But when a mysterious stranger arrives to help him with his work, nightmarish phenomena begin to plague their village.
As her neighbors are bewitched by vivid dreams, the town seems to teeter on the brink of madness. Siobhan is the only one who notices.
With her grandfather growing more secretive by the day, Siobhan is determined to uncover the truth before it’s too late.
But some doors are locked for a reason.
When dreams become real, nightmares come to life.
Other News
Serialization: Since this book is not going directly into Kindle Unlimited, the serialized chapters of this book will be updated to their latest version on my website and RoyalRoad (but NOT Patreon because it’s too much of a pain to do so) within a week or so. If you want to wait a bit for a re-read, you can still get the latest version without buying it.
Audio: A Builder of Dreams’ audiobook production will start at the end of this month, and be finished and available around the end of November.
Upcoming Books: Some time ago, I had to postpone the release of The Catastrophe Collector Book 2. (For those of you who don’t know, this is a PGTS spinoff series featuring Percy Irving, whose bad luck has him flailing his way into becoming an accidental vigilante.)
The book was over halfway finished at the time, so I’ve been taking a few hours a week to finish and fix it up. I will begin to serialize it for the Patreon next week while PGTS goes on a short hiatus so that I can plan and begin to write Book 7.
At that time, I’ll also begin to serialize The Catastrophe Collector Book 1 for my free readers, but if anyone is intrigued, that first book is already finished and available for sale.
It should take me about 6 more weeks to prepare PGTS Book 7, which means I should be ready to start serializing it near the beginning of November. Since I get asked frequently, I’ll mention again that the series is probably going to be 12+ books complete. Minimum 12 books, possibly more.
And that’s it for today. Back to the ink mines for me. ![]()
