Ch. 252 Sudden Showers - S spends a couple days at Westbay manor to recover.
Kind of greedy but a Damien PoV would be delicious.
I wonder what Damien is thinking when he has to cast the dreamless sleep for S…
Damien being aware that S just got his brains scrambled, perhaps noticing the effects of the nightmares.
And when S was processing what has happened and cried, would Damien have noticed something like his reddened eyes?
How would Damien even start this conversation? S is too proud, too bull-headed and too secretive to accept help.
It breaks my heart. ;(
On a lighter note: PoV of Titus being slightly suspicious on why his little brother is always in S’s room late at night, unsupervised.
Servants fawning over the two (a pattern emerging, see the servants at Dryden manor).
“Titus’s dominance [regarding the games] returned, aided by Sebastien’s distraction” => Damien trying to show off and being flustered by Sebastien’s presence.
I don’t think Damien has found out several members of the Church of the Raven Queen also have the star coasters. But I think once he does he will put together that RQ is, if not the head, heavily involved. At that point, S will have to continue the lie about RQ using Sebastien to open Myrddin’s books.
Also, I kinda (really) want to see Damien get hit with a color changing spell and have, like, a streak of blue or pink hair, and freak out over it until Sebastien says it looks fine.
I read only to find out what happened to puppies, I am waiting for blue to start reading to me again, though I have been dropped hints and stuff.
And when I comment on new stuff, I’m grabbing info from the past because Azalea is really good at being consistent and people will tend to forget random minor details from before
I’m the kind of person who doesn’t mind spoilers unless you explain exactly how you end up there
I like puzzling out what’s going to happen, using what I understand of the world’s rules
